VROwner.com's Operation Management System (OMS) provides you with a much needed
tool to keep you informed of all the activities in your rental. The OMS lists a
date and time for each activity in your home and keeps you updated via the
VROwner.com website.
OMS provides a toll-free number for your guests, housekeepers, maintenance, and
security personnel to call using the phone in your rental. The OMS automated
phone system will prompt them to enter the activity they are completing...
"Please enter [1] for guest check in, [2] for guest check out, [3] for
housekeeper start of clean, [4] for housekeeper end of clean, [5] for
maintenance start of task, [6] for maintenance end of task, [7] for security
check, [8] for all other".
All activities are logged and recorded in your VROwner.com website and emailed
to you weekly or daily for your records. Owners can check the website on a
daily basis to confirm when guests have arrived and when they have checked out.
And you'll always be kept up to date on the status of housekeeping, security,
and maintenance visits. |
