I agree to keep my VROwner.com login ID and password private and only provide it to those persons that I want to allow to my VROwner.com website.

VROwner will cover the cost of shipping your Energy Sentinel.

VROwner will warranty the Energy Sentinel for a period of one year. If any failure occurs during the warranty period VROwner will provide a replacement Energy Sentinel at no cost to the customer (VROwner will ship new Energy Sentinel via ground transportation and include a self addressed and postage paid box to return failed unit).

If Energy Sentinel failure occurs outside of warranty period, VROwner will send a replacement unit via ground transportation after $79.95 fee for additional unit is collected. VROwner will refund $39.95 for any returned Energy Sentinel’s, if a new one has been purchased (Replacement Board Return Credit).

It is understood and agreed to by both parties that VROwner is not liable for any damage that occurs to the customer’s property, home, appliances, equipment or any other materials, due to the malfunction or non-function of the monitoring or dispatching aspects of the service. Utilization of the Energy Sentinel service in no way implies a guarantee against weather related, utility or equipment damages of any kind. It is understood that VROwner does not monitor readings or regulate equipment.

Web applications are supported by Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater.

Calls from rental units to NGN numbers are blocked (NGN - Non Geographic Numbers – are used only in special circumstances overseas).

I agree to pay $42.95 per month plus applicable local/state/federal tax for the VROwner.com services via my regular Vacation Rental Home Phone Bill for a period of at least one year. Cancellation after one year will be available to customer by dialing 800-915-0849.

Must be a vacation rental property to qualify.
